Reiki therapy is based on an Eastern belief that vital energy flows through your body.

 

Reiki is a natural healing technique by which, as a master practitioner, I place my hands above the body of the patient and will go through each chakra.

 

This will help guide the universal energy toward the patient to promote balance and wellbeing.

 

Imagine your chakras as wheels. When the wheel is stuck it needs some help to start moving again; this is where Reiki can help.

Reiki at Lavender Therapy

It is important to keep in mind that Reiki is a complementary treatment and does not replace any medical treatment. Reiki does not cure any medical condition by itself.

 

How does it work? You will lie on my massage table fully clothed, and I will move my hands over your body, with very little touching, to scan your body and find out which area needs more attention.

 

During the treatment, I will spend more time in the area which I feel needs more attention. You might feel some tingling, heat or pulsing. You might also fall asleep.

 

Here, at Lavender Therapy, I offer a calming and relaxing environment. During the consultation, you will, hopefully, feel able to open up and I can offer you a listening and empathic ear.

Is it for me?

Reiki is aimed at everyone young or old.


Reiki may help you with a variety of physical and emotional problems, including insomnia and stress.


Reiki may also lower anxiety levels.
